Hello, I'm Heather! 

Hi, my name is Heather.

I have my Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy with a wide range of paediatric experience in the field. My interests are within the areas of sensory integration, early development, physical rehabilitation, developmental delays and chronic conditions.

My approach to intervention is working together with the children and their support systems to facilitate the child’s ability to reach their optimal performance.

I believe in the power of play, daily task participations and the importance of building interpersonal relationships with a child and all support systems to provide therapy that is holistic and child centered. This approach in therapy is important as every child is different and every environment comes with its own challenges. Through OT children can overcome these challenges to reach their fullest potential that sets way for a bright future.
